Upon successful registration, boleh888 will create a personal account in your name. You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

• You must notify boleh888 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal in your account or any credits therein.
• boleh888 reserves the right to close inactive accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, following reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.
• Dormant account balances are subject to an administrative fee of MYR 50 per calendar month after the twelve-month inactivity threshold, applicable until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Deposits & Payments

boleh888 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you select the USDT cryptocurrency option.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Standard minimums begin at RM30 for e-wallets and RM100 for bank transfers.
• boleh888 does not charge deposit fees. However, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which boleh888 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymised sources will be refused and returned where technically possible.
• boleh888 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation at any time in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Failed or pending deposits should be reported to customer support with supporting transaction reference numbers. boleh888 will investigate within two (2) business days.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding wagering requirements remain on bonus-related winings. boleh888 targets the following processing timelines, though actual timing may vary based on payment provider processing times:

• E-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): 5–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• DuitNow instant transfers: Typically within 30 minutes.
• FPX / Online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency: 15–60 minutes subject to blockchain network confirmation.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the boleh888 account. We will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general provisions of this Section.

• Bonus Funds and real-money balance are tracked separately in your account. Real-money deposits may generally be withdrawn at any time subject to minimum thresholds; Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on sports markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events offered on the boleh888 platform — and all casino game sessions are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. boleh888 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where explicitly provided in sport-specific rules (e.g., event postponement, abandonment, or player withdrawal before the event starts).
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome, boleh888 reserves the right to void the affected round. All stakes on voided rounds will be returned to the User's account balance.

• Mix Parlay bets require a minimum of two selections. The maximum number of selections per parlay is twelve (12) unless stated otherwise in specific sport rules.
• boleh888 reserves the right to void bets placed after the official result of an event has been determined, regardless of whether the market was still showing as open due to technical delay.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the boleh888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback on any deposit with a financial institution after placing bets with those funds.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or lopholes. Any winings resulting from confirmed software exploits will be voided.
• Attempting to access boleh888's systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward boleh888 staff or other platform users.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express prior written consent from boleh888.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boleh888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from the User's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised account access due to the User's negligence.

• Service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, which boleh888 will endeavour to communicate in advance where practicable.

boleh888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your boleh888 account at the time the claim arose.

Responsible Gambling

Upon account termination for cause, boleh888 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit all or part of the balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, where the termination arises from fraudulent or prohibited conduct. Where termination is at the User's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to conduct, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering obligations on bonus funds) will be returned to the User's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Governing Law
